A Healthier You
There are no quick fixes. My program will guide you with education to teach you not to diet. It's been proven that diets don’t work and all food groups are important for our health. The key is to learn what to eat, when to eat and make adjustments to your portions. Gradual changes will lead to big changes in your journey to a healthier and fitter you. This program will assess your current eating habits and your readiness to want to change to provide you with a personalized nutrition guide. Weekly check-ins & emails will keep you motivated & teach you positive changes to integrate into your routine.
Endurance & Racing Training Nutrition
Nutrition is a key part of training for endurance events. Fueling your body for the demands of training and racing is key to your success to complete any event. Planning your nutrition is essential to your success as an athlete. This program covers your daily nutrition guide, your training nutrition and your race day nutrition.
Private Training
Strength training is an important component of a healthy lifestyle. Strong muscles not only make us look better, they help prevent injuries and make our bodies strong. Novice and seasoned athletes benefit from a personalized approach to strength training. My plan works on your weaknesses and builds on your strengths. Preventing injuries is my priority with all my clients. Integrating your strength training to your endurance training is just as important to get you to your event in top condition to perform.
Running Drills & Speed
Become a stronger runner by adding drills, speed and core strength and mobility. Group speed workout to get you stronger for your next event. Lots of functional training with mini bands, elastic tubing and free weights are used to increase your running strength, your balance and coordination. Each class is fresh and different from the next.
