A Healthier You

There are no quick fixes. My program will guide you with education to teach you not to diet. It's been proven that diets don’t work and all food groups are important for our health. The key is to learn what to eat, when to eat and make adjustments to your portions. Gradual changes will lead to big changes in your journey to a healthier and fitter you. This program will assess your current eating habits and your readiness to want to change to provide you with a personalized nutrition guide. Weekly check-ins & emails will keep you motivated & teach you positive changes to integrate into your routine.

Not many people get to love what they do for a living, I do “Sports coaches assist athletes in developing to their full potential. They are responsible for training athletes in a sport by analyzing their performances, instructing in relevant skills and by providing encouragement. But you are also responsible for the guidance of the athlete in life and their chosen sport.

I have not work out for years, healthy issues, until last week when I decided to join this group , I really like it, I do have pains, but Gineth text me every day to check on me, she does that to everyone, she cares, she adapts the exercise with your necessities.

For the 1st time I can´t wait for Tuesday and Thursday 6:30am

Gineth has been the most amazing coach, mentor and friend to me over the past 8 years. She motivates me to keep going even on those days when I fell I can´t.
